Usage Instructions:
- Before Tinting:
Apply a thin layer around the eye area—upper and lower eyelid and anywhere that may come into contact with tint.
- During Application:
Use in combination with RefectoCil Eye Protection Papers (regular or extra) for maximum stain prevention.
- As an Eye Mask:
Can be applied generously to the under-eye area for a soothing, hydrating treatment during lash or brow services.
