How Click & Collect Works
1. Shop Online
Add your products to your cart and select Click & Collect at checkout. Choose our Dandenong South showroom as your collection location.
2. Wait for Confirmation
You'll receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed, followed by a phone call form our team letting you know when your order is ready to collect.
3. Collect Your Order
Once you've received our call, simply visit our Dandenong South showroom to pick up your order.
What You Need to Know

Click & Collect orders are generally ready on the same day.

Occasionally, a small number of products may be unavailable for collection. If this happens, we'll contact you to discuss availability.

Please wait until you receive a call from us before visiting the showroom.

If someone else is collecting your order, please include their full name in the Click & Collect instructions at checkout. They'll need to present photo ID when collecting.

All orders must be collected during our showroom trading hours, Mon-Fri 8am - 5pm

Orders cannot be collected until we've notified you that they're ready.

Photo ID matching the nominated collection person's name is required. We'll also need the ID details of the person collecting, such as their driver's licence number.

The ID address must match the order details.

Orders must be collected within 10 business days. If an order isn't collected within this timeframe, it will be cancelled and refunded.
