RefectoCil No. 3.1 Light Brown is the go-to tint for clients with dark blonde to light blonde hair. This soft, natural brown hue enhances lashes and brows without looking too harsh, giving a beautifully subtle yet defined result.
Ideal for creating a warm, natural appearance, Light Brown can also be mixed with Natural Brown for a fully customized brow and lash colour match. Perfect for everyday elegance or that polished salon-fresh look.

Usage Instructions:
STEP 1: Preparation
- Remove contact lenses.
- Clean the eye area using RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-up Remover.
- Use RefectoCil Saline Solution to remove oils and residues.
- Apply RefectoCil Silicone Pads or Skin Protection Cream & Eye Protection Papers.
STEP 2: Mix & Apply
- Mix 2cm of Light Brown tint with 10 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant liquid or 15–20 drops of cream oxidant until a creamy paste forms.
- Apply evenly to brows or lashes using a brush.
STEP 3: Application Time
- Lashes: 10 minutes
- Brows: 10 minutes
Shorten timing by 1–5 minutes if Blonde Brow or Eyelash Curl treatments were used prior.
STEP 4: Removal
- Wipe off with damp cotton pads and rinse gently.
