Mixing With Tint
Mix equal parts of Brow Tint and the Oxidant Developer into a creamy paste. The mixing ratio is 1:1 (Generally 4 drops of Cream or Liquid Oxidant is enough to make an even paste).
Important Note: Do not make tint too watery as this will not result in the desired effect.
Mixing With Stain Hybrid Dye
Mix the Hybrid Dye and Cream Oxidant into a creamy paste using an application stick or brush. The mixing ratio is generally 4 drops of Hybrid Dye with 2 drops of Oxidant.
