RefectoCil Oxidant Liquid 3% (10 Vol.) is a high-quality liquid developer formulated specifically to be used with all RefectoCil tints. It ensures intense, long-lasting colour results and is gentle enough for use in the sensitive eye area, making it ideal for lash and brow tinting.

 

With one bottle lasting up to 200 applications, this liquid oxidant is perfect for professional use in salons or studios.
