How to Use Professionally:
- Prep: Clean the area using RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-up Remover and Saline Solution. Remove contact lenses.
- Protect: Use RefectoCil Silicone Pads or Eye Protection Papers.
- Mix: Combine 2cm of tint with 10 drops Oxidant Liquid or 15–20 drops Oxidant Cream into a creamy paste.
- Apply: Distribute evenly across brows or lashes.
- Develop: Let develop for 10 minutes.
- Finish: Remove with damp cotton wool pads.
