This intensive dark blue tint is especially perfect for blonde and light blonde clients who want to add a striking, bold look to their lashes. Whether you're looking to create deep blue lashes or mix with RefectoCil Red for a dark violet effect, this tint provides endless possibilities for your clients.

Steps for Use:

  1. Preparation: Clean the eye-area with RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-up Remover, then use RefectoCil Saline Solution for optimum results. Apply RefectoCil Silicone Pads or Skin Protection Cream.
  2. Mix & Apply: Mix 2cm of tint with 10 drops RefectoCil Oxidant Liquid or 15-20 drops of Oxidant Cream into a creamy paste, then apply.
  3. Application Time: 10 minutes for lashes, 5-10 minutes for brows (longer time means more intensity).
  4. Remove: Gently remove with cotton wool pads and water.

 

Tip: If RefectoCil Blonde Brow was previously used, reduce application time by 1-5 minutes for brows.
