Directions for Professional Use:

  1. Prep: Cleanse eye area with RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-up Remover and Saline Solution. Remove contact lenses.
  2. Protect: Apply Silicone Pads or Eye Protection Papers.
  3. Mix: Blend 2cm of tint with 10 drops Oxidant Liquid or 15–20 drops Oxidant Cream to form a smooth paste.
  4. Apply: Evenly distribute on lashes or brows.
  5. Develop: Let sit for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove: Use damp cotton wool pads to wipe away.
