HOW TO USE:
Before you begin application, you must perform a prep manicure. Remove all cuticle from the nail plate. Buff off the natural shine with a buffer. Clean all the dust off the nails then apply #1 Prep to all 10 nails and allow to dry, nails will look a little whiter in colour.
WHY YOU NEED IT:
This allows the base colour to get good adhesion and create a smoother longer lasting effect.
