How to use cold:
For a refreshing experience, simply place the mask in the fridge for approximately 30-60 minutes or in the freezer for 15-30 minutes.
Please Note:- Do not freeze the mask. After each use remember to rinse and wipe clean.
How to use warm:-
To enjoy the comforting warmth of the mask, place it on the microwave plate and heat in 5 second intervals util the desired warmth is achieved. Be cautious not to overheat the mask
