How to Use (Salon Method):

  1. Prep: Remove contact lenses. Clean the eye area with RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-up Remover, then RefectoCil Saline Solution.
  2. Protect: Use RefectoCil Silicone Pads or Eye Protection Papers.
  3. Mix: Blend 2cm of tint with 10 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant Liquid (or 15–20 drops of Cream Oxidant) until creamy.
  4. Apply: Evenly coat lashes or brows.
  5. Develop: Lashes – 10 min, Brows – 10 min.
  6. Remove: Use damp cotton pads to gently wipe off.

 

Tip: When using after RefectoCil Blonde Brow or Lash Curl, reduce development time.
